Endangered Buildings / planned for demolition
1. Brookside School 54, 3150 East Tenth Street. Built 1910, Renaissance Revival/Twentieth Century Functional architecture with later additions. Present enrollment 350, Grades K–5
2. First German Reformed Church, 3102 East Tenth Street. Built ca. 1907, Jacobean Revival/Tudor Revival architecture. Present home of the Neighborhood Fellowship Church.
