XEBRA SD came with #4-gauge cables! (on the right)
Get some real cables. (on the left) ( double\0 )
Replace them one cable at a time with the 2\0 gauge.
Just because a factory did it a certain way does
NOT mean that it is right or that it is best or
that it should remain that way.

Make my Electric (motorcycle) GO FARTHER & FASTER

NEED MORE RANGE ? - just 'Ghost your WHIP' , Fred. Ha HA
  • Need to keep the cost of doing it low?
  • THEN Put more VoLTs into the motor...

SPEED: Change the tire size and crank out more RPM from the motor. (more voltage)
PLUS let your motor flow its amperes easier.
(bigger cables)
This is a simple 'scooter' type of DIAG to switch in more voltage.
But it shows a very usefull concept to increase the voltage.
  • Keep a cheap controller: but make it appear better.
  • The controller does get to control speed from stop.
Let it do the work it can do: then by-pass it!
SEE in picture the (+)Battery cable was replaced:
See its size compared to the unchanged motor cables?

My Xebra-SD max speed and zip increased because of FAT cables.
Sometimes being fat is a good thing! 400AMP controller helped too.
ITs range\speed increased even more from higher RPMs. (battery voltage)

This is a HUGE help in preventing that voltage sag.
This is a cut #4-gauge: XEBRA SD ZAP Cable (the right)
Compare it to the ( double\0 ) Replacement cable. ( left )
