About Qahveh Ch'aQahveh Ch'a (Coffee and Tea in the Making) was formed by LaTonya and Craig Henson, through our love for specialty coffees and teas, in 2004. Qahveh is the Arabic derivative for coffee and Ch'a is a Asian derivative for tea. Qahveh Ch'a opened to customers in Carmel, IN in June of 2005. Our goal is to bring a quaint gourmet coffee and tea experience to our neighbors in Carmel.
